OutWrite is Washington, D.C.’s annual LGBTQ literary festival presented by the DC Center for the LGBT Community. This year’s festival showcases more than 80 authors and a full weekend featuring 25 readings, panels and workshops covering topics like “Queer & Breaking Form”, “Trans & Queer Poets on Gender”, “Queer Boys Behaving Badly”, “A Decade in Queer Publishing” and many more.

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the 2021 festival will be held virtually from August 6 – 8, and all events are free and open to the public!
