In April 2021, Out Leadership convened a distinguished group of emerging LGBTQ+ leaders from around the world for 5 days of discussions featuring 15 speaker panels, live Q&A and dedicated breakout rooms, with experts sharing insights on topics ranging from mental health and intersectionality to networking and career development.

When OutNEXT launched in 2013 there were 75 emerging LGBTQ+ leaders from 29 companies in attendance. At the Summit in April there were 780 leaders from 360 companies.

Out Leadership has released its report from the 2021 OutNEXT Alumni Summit, and it includes videos, slide presentations and analysis from the opening and closing sessions, and each of the 5 topic modules. You can download it here.
