Join us at Spill the Tea Cafe for a vigil in collaboration with other community organizers to honor Nex Benedict’s memory and standing up for trans youth everywhere. Bring flowers, lei, altar items, art supplies, writing supplies, and food or drink to share. Please DO NOT bring any alcohol or other mind-altering substances, as this is a youth-centered space.

Nex was a nonbinary teen of Choctaw descent who tragically lost their life due to senseless violence. Let’s create a space for speech, poetry, music, and more to express our grief, rage, love, and hope.
