Papa Ola Lōkahi, Hawaiʻi Health & Harm Reduction Center (HHHRC), and 5 Native Hawaiian Health Care Systems are teaming up to host a kānaka māhū/LGBTQ listening tour across Hawaiʻi. Beginning March 5 in Maui and Molokaʻi, then across the other islands within the pae ʻāina.

All listening sessions are slated to be from 9am-1:30pm, with lunch provided. During these sessions they participating groups are hoping to hear about the specific needs of each island’s māhū community – needs, resources, challenges, access barriers, as well as talking about identity and cultural connection.
