The Actorsʻ Group (TAG) is presenting Rotterdam, directed by Ron Heller, from July 28 – August 20 at the TAG Theater.
Alice is finally ready to tell her parents that she’s lesbian, when her partner, Fiona, says “I just want to stop trying to be a woman.” Fiona is going to transition – she will become Adrian, a trans man. Adrian does not want to leave Alice – Alice is expected to change from being in love with a woman to being in love with a man. Does that mean Alice has to become straight? Or is Alice already straight, because she’s in love with someone who is really a man?
A comedy that raises tough questions about gender, sexuality, love, and how they connect.
