Join LKE DOJO for their 3rd Queers & Allies Muay Thai for Self Defense Seminar on Saturday, April 13 at Hawaii Martial Arts Center (HMC).

Learn fundamental strikes of Muay Thai, as well as movements and techniques that can easily be applied to real life outside of a ring. This class requires no gear and will focus on self-defense using elbows, knees, defense, and so on. Beginners are more than welcome! Train in a safe space with fellow members of our LGBTQIA+ community, have fun, and feel empowered as you learn to navigate this world with greater skill, confidence, calm, and security.
