Join the Defend and Respect Hawaii’s Workers Coalition for a march and rally celebrating International Workers Day in partnership with the National Union of Healthcare Workers Hawaiʻi, Hawaiʻi State Teachers Staff Organization, Hawaiʻi Peace and Justice, Hawaiʻi Nurses Association and many others. Learn about the history of May Day, the international day commemorating the historic struggles and gains made by workers and the labour movement, hear about current workers’ struggles, and celebrate successes in the past year.
