With Francis Choe, External Affairs Director at Hawaii Employers Council, and Ikaika Regidor, Senior Programs Director of YMCA of Honolulu, Nu‘uanu Branch, will be sharing their personal stories of inclusion, trust and belonging, told from an employee point of view.

Attracting and retaining top talent is critical to the long-term success of any organization. According to a recent study by McKinsey & Company, organizations with inclusive cultures report significantly higher rates of employee retention and job satisfaction. In an era where staff shortages are commonplace, inclusivity can become a key competitive advantage.

Per the study, employees in inclusive companies are 47% more likely to stay, 90% more likely to go out of their way to assist a coworker, and seven times more likely to say their company is high performing.
