Join LKE DOJO for their monthly Queers & Allies Muay Thai for Self Defense Seminar on Saturday, May 11th at Hawaii Martial Arts Center (HMC). Learn fundamental strikes of Muay Thai, as well as movements and techniques that can easily be applied to real life outside of a ring. This class requires no gear and will focus on self-defense using elbows, knees, defense, and so on. Complete beginners welcome!
