PFLAG Connects: AAPI with Terry Hu

August 6 @ 12:00 pm - 1:30 pm

Join PFLAG for this very special August virtual support meeting where attendees will hear from Terry Hu about their experience as a queer, non-binary, Asian American actor making headlines for their groundbreaking role as ‘A-spen,’ Disney’s first live-action nonbinary lead in an original film, “ZOMBIES 3.” Registrants for the event will also receive a link to view the film.

PFLAG Connects: Communities meetings provide a safe, virtual, moderated space where people with shared experiences can connect each month. Current communities gather people of Latino, Black/African American, and Asian American and Pacific Islander backgrounds to gain support, ask questions, and learn from others who have been through similar experiences.

The AAPI virtual meetings are open to parents, family members, and members of the LGBTQ+ community who are AAPI. Each meeting will be led by members of the AAPI community who will guide you in receiving support, giving support, and finding resources to help you, your family, and your community.
