SUMMARY:Registration open: 2024 Summer Reel Camp for Girls
DESCRIPTION:Since 2012\, Hawaiʻi Women in Filmmaking Reel Camps have provided a courageous and safe environment for girls ages 13-17 to create and share their own stories that are meaningful and deserve to be heard and seen. Hawaiʻi Women in Filmmaking welcomes (cis/trans)\, femmes\, non-binary\, gender-fluid\, and gender-queer youth\, as well as any other youth who identify outside of the gender binary. Reel Camps provide a place where youth\, by writing filming and editing a short film\, express their creativity\, boost their confidence\, and embark on a journey of personal transformation. \nThe 2024 program runs from July 15-26. Learn more and register here.
