DESCRIPTION:PAʻI Foundation presents their second Māhū Madness\, showcasing some of Hawaiʻi’s most talented individuals in the māhū (LGBTQ+) community. \nFrom self-taught vocalists to a Juilliard alumni pianist\, Māhū Madness artists have the creative freedom to express their colors through their performances on stage. Māhū Madness provides an unique opportunity for attendees to enjoy a night of “drag” in an elegant and sophisticated environment. Māhū Madness incorporates class\, style and grace with the raunchy-ness that everyone is looking for! \nThis year\, Māhū Madness features Sasha Colby\, winner of Season 15 of RuPaulʻs Drag Race\, and former resident of Waimānalo. DESCRIPTION:Donʻt miss Māhū Madness: Hawaiʻi’s Best Kept Secrets\, a drag-tastic event showcasing some of Hawaiʻi’s most talented queens for an evening of classical music and fun performances! Confirmed Queens and Talent include Cocoa Chandelier\, Ari South\, Brandy Lee\, Lady Laritza La Bouche\, Likeole\, Lynda Brown\, Madison Westwood\, Starr Kalahiki and The Hawaiian Queen Mum. \n\nGeneral admission $35 includes the 9PM show\, doors open at 8:30PM. A dinner option is available\, which includes a buffet style dinner and show starting at $125\, doors open at 6:30PM.  \n\nThis event will be indoors and requiring masks and a vaccination card to be shown prior to entering the venue. Seating is limited. \nMāhū Madness is presented by the PAʻI Foundation\, dedicated to preserving and perpetuating Native Hawaiian arts and cultural traditions for future generations\, with additional support from the Association for Asian Studies Annual 2022 Conference and East West Center and partially funded by Hawaiʻi Tourism Authority. \n
