SUMMARY:Papa Ola Lōkahi Kānaka Māhū/LGBTQ Listening Tour
DESCRIPTION:Papa Ola Lōkahi\, Hawaiʻi Health & Harm Reduction Center (HHHRC)\, and 5 Native Hawaiian Health Care Systems are teaming up to host a kānaka māhū/LGBTQ listening tour across Hawaiʻi. Beginning March 5 in Maui and Molokaʻi\, then across the other islands within the pae ʻāina. \nAll listening sessions are slated to be from 9am-1:30pm\, with lunch provided. During these sessions they participating groups are hoping to hear about the specific needs of each island’s māhū community – needs\, resources\, challenges\, access barriers\, as well as talking about identity and cultural connection. \nLearn more and register here.
