We strive to create a safe space where folks can share their experiences and receive the support they need to navigate their mental health journey with confidence. \nAbout this month’s session:\nHere in this session\, we’ll discuss the challenges of navigating our mental health as a queer individual. February will focus on creating mental\, physical\, and emotional wellness while processing the current political and social changes affecting LGBTQIA+/MVPFAFF+ individuals. \nSession details:\nGeneral Group – (Second Monday)\nAll sessions start at 5:30 pm \nFREE Virtual Session\, RSVP required.
