DESCRIPTION:HANOCON is Hawaii’s largest annual gathering of nonprofit professionals–as well as sector allies\, supporters\, and advocates–to network\, learn\, share ideas\, collaborate\, and partner. This year’s HANOCON conference theme is Shifting Paradigms\, inspired by the Native Hawaiian concept of makawalu\, a way of seeing and understanding more than just what is before us. It is the vision and contemplation that allows us to see beyond now and prepare us for what is to come\, to see the change that must take place before movement happens.
