DESCRIPTION:Intersectionality is a term that’s being used more and more\, but what does it mean\, and why should you care? Intersectionality describes a system where inequality based on race\, gender\, gender identity\, disability and other forms of discrimination “intersect” to create unique dynamics and compounded experiences. \nThe concept of intersectionality has become a common conversation starter in the zeitgeist of today. And as such\, businesses too are recognizing the importance of intersectionality and its relevance in the business model to reach a more diverse and appropriate audience.
